Terms & Conditions
Last updated · 15 July 2026
The plain-English version: this site is a shop window for our work. Look around, get in touch, but don't treat anything here as a signed contract — that comes later, in writing, with a fixed number on it.
About these terms
This website is operated by Brick Construction Sdn Bhd, Kuala Lumpur. By browsing it, you're agreeing to what's on this page.
These terms cover the website only. The contract for any building work we do for you is a separate, signed agreement — nothing here changes or replaces it.
Using this site
Everything here is for general information. Read it, share it, send it to your architect — that's what it's for.
What you shouldn't do is copy it wholesale for a competing site, scrape it, or try to break it. Common sense, basically.
Quotes and enquiries
Nothing on this website is a binding offer, and sending us an enquiry doesn't create a contract or reserve a slot in our schedule.
A quote only becomes real once we've visited your site, put a fixed and itemised figure in writing, and you've signed it. Prices and timelines mentioned anywhere on this site are indicative.
Project photos and content
The photography, text, and design on this site are ours or licensed to us. Please don't reuse them without asking first.
Project images show work we've genuinely completed, but they're illustrative — materials, finishes, and layouts vary from job to job, and yours will be specified in your own quote.
Accuracy and availability
We keep this site as accurate as we reasonably can, but we don't guarantee everything is complete or current at all times, and we may change or take down content without notice.
We also can't promise the site is always available — occasionally things go down.
Links to other sites
Where we link out — to a map, a supplier, or a social profile — we're not responsible for what's on the other end or how they handle your data.
Liability
To the extent Malaysian law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from your use of this website or from relying on information published here rather than on a signed quote.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top always tells you when it last changed.
