Privacy Policy

Only what you type into our enquiry form. That's your name, your email address, your phone number, the services you're interested in, and whatever you tell us about your project.

There are no accounts to create, nothing to log in to, and no payments taken on this site. We don't ask for identity documents, and we don't collect anything you haven't chosen to send us.

To reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, and prepare your quote. That's the whole list.

We won't add you to a mailing list, send you marketing you didn't ask for, or contact you about anything unrelated to the project you got in touch about.

Nobody. We don't sell your details, rent them, or pass them to other contractors or lead-generation companies.

The only exception is if we're legally required to disclose something by a Malaysian court or regulator — which has never happened, but we'd rather say so than pretend otherwise.

If your enquiry turns into a project, we keep the details for as long as we need them for that job and for our statutory record-keeping afterwards.

If it doesn't, we delete it within two years. You can ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

This site doesn't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party profiling tools. We're a builder, not an ad network.

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, or delete it entirely.

Email us and we'll action it. You don't need a reason, and there's no charge.

If we ever start collecting something new — analytics, for instance — we'll update this page and change the date at the top before we do it, not after.
