About the project
The Avare came to us as a bare high-rise shell with big views and no interior. Our brief was simple to say and hard to do: a calm, warm home that feels nothing like a show unit.
We handled the full fit-out in-house — partitioning, bespoke carpentry, flooring, and a lighting scheme layered to feel soft after dark. Every finish was chosen to age gracefully and every joint detailed to sit flush.
